Nissan/Infiniti factory transmission programming is notoriously lazy, designed strictly for fuel economy and conservative power retention rather than performance. Our Stage 1 TCM map target-scales shifting parameters, sharpening gear-to-gear engagement speeds without sacrificing comfort. We safely adjust internal line pressures to handle basic bolt-on power while optimizing the transmission's active tracking logic to eliminate the annoying lag during sudden highway pass maneuvers or cornering.

Stage 2 TCM Tune (Standalone)

Applies to: Hardcore enthusiasts running mid/high-output engine mods whose transmissions are slipping or hitting protective throttle-cuts - or users that simply want a more aggressive, performance-oriented TCM calibration.

Engineered for maximum hardware preservation under intense load. When you increase power on a vehicle platform, the factory transmission clutches begin to micro-slip, generating extreme heat and triggering protective engine throttle-cuts. Our Stage 2 TCM mapping is a track-validated calibration. We aggressively increase clutch clamping forces to handle increased torque, accelerate shift execution speeds for instantaneous paddle-shifter response, and completely redefine the internal torque-limiter architecture to prevent power drop-offs during aggressive corner exits.

Compatibility: Ideal for heavily driven track cars, down-piped / straight-piped vehicles, or drag strip applications. Optimized for seamless integration with mid/high-output mods and ECU maps.

*By definition, TCM Tuning is only available for vehicles with Automatic Transmissions; vehicles with Manual Transmissions don't have a TCM (Transmission Control Module). Please make sure to take this into account when ordering.

Whether you are running stock, a generic box tune, an OTS file, or a custom dyno map from another Tuner, you can plug in our interfacing hardware, flash our standalone TCM patch, and unlock a crisp transmission tune just a couple minutes without altering your engine's ECU.

Upgrade paths (Stage 1, Stage 2)

You don't need our Stage 1 tune to go to Stage 2 directly. If you have supporting modifications, you can straight away select a Stage 2 TCM Tune or ECU + TCM Bundle. It is not mandatory to unify tuning stage levels between ECU and TCM (ie, Stage 1 on ECU, Stage 1 on TCM) Stage 1 is also useful for vehicles that will be modified progressively from stock or from a light amount of mods, to heavier mods.
