Upgrade paths (Stage 1, Stage 2)

You don't need our Stage 1 tune to go to Stage 2 directly. If you have supporting modifications, you can straight away select a Stage 2 Tune or Bundle (ECU + TCM). Stage 1 is also useful for vehicles that will be modified progressively from stock or from a light amount of mods, to heavier mods.

You select your tuning package and complete checkout. Your order includes:

• all required hardware and instructions

• worldwide tracked shipping

Your shipping address is collected at checkout so we can prepare your kit immediately.

2. Receive Your Confirmation + Onboarding Email

Right after purchase, you’ll receive:

• your order confirmation

• your onboarding instructions

• a link to the platform (once the platform is live)

• what to expect next

This ensures you know exactly where you are in the process.

3. We Prepare and Ship Your Tuning Package

Your hardware kit is assembled, tested, and shipped to your address. You’ll receive:

• tracking information

• estimated delivery window

• a checklist of what’s inside the kit

This keeps everything predictable and transparent.

4. Your Tuning Package Arrives

Inside the kit, you’ll find:

• your interface hardware and cables (if selected at checkout)

• your quick‑start guide

• a QR code for support + calibration requests

Everything is plug‑and‑play and designed for a smooth experience.

5. Complete the Setup Steps

Using the included guide, you’ll:

• connect the hardware

• the platform will read your ECU/TCM

• your vehicle files/logs will be synced to your portal

This gives us the data needed to build your calibration.

6. We Build Your Calibration

Our engineering team reviews your vehicle data and prepares:

• your ECU calibration (if applicable)

• your TCM calibration (if applicable)

• your drivability refinements

• your torque/shift logic adjustments

• Other refinements upon selected features

You’ll receive a notification when your calibration is ready.

7. Flash Your Tune

Using the hardware in your kit and bundled instructions, you’ll:

• flash your calibration

• follow the guided steps

• confirm successful installation

• rollback if needed

The process is designed to be safe, simple, and repeatable.

8. Follow‑Up & Optimization

After your first drive, you can submit:

• logs

• feedback

• questions

We can refine your calibration as needed to ensure perfect drivability.

9. You’re Fully Tuned

Once everything is validated, your tune is complete — and you keep the hardware for future updates.
